Total Body Weight & Fat Weight Charts

Shown below are body weight charts, both short term and long term.

1. Short-Term Fat Weight Chart (3 Months)

My short term fat loss chart depicts a bad "backslide" from mid November 2020 (when I first got the new EUFY scale) through late February 2021. I need to turn this "runaway train" around! Normal/Healthy fat weight for my body is 50 lbs, which would put me at a Body Fat Percentage of 25%.

2. Very Short-Term Fat Weight Chart (1 Week)

I refocused my efforts on FAT LOSS starting on Monday 22 February 2021. I had gained 12 pounds of fat between mid November (when I showed 95 lbs of fat) to mid February (when I peaked out at 107.5 lbs of fat). So far my refocus on FAT ONLY has been a success, with a nice fat melt early in the period.

3. Short-Term Total Body Weight Chart (9 Months)

My short term weight chart depicts nice steady losses after embarking on a new Keto and Intermittant Fasting Diet on 25 June 2020; however by the end of August losses stalled. September and October showed slowing/stalled losses. The red dashed line shown on the charts is a regression line showing the average trend over the time period being displayed. The light purple line shows my optimal weight loss rate that can be achieved with no cheating outside of any stall periods, which is around 13 to 14 lbs per month.

4. Very Short-Term Total Body Weight Chart (1 Week)

I refocused my efforts starting on Monday 22 February 2021.

5. Long-Term Total Body Weight Chart (45 Years)

My long term weight chart, shown below, shows clearly my inability to maintain lower weights -- requiring a series of successive diets in failed attempts to attain and maintain healthier weights. The red dashed line is a regression line showing the average trend over the 45 year time period being displayed.

6. Monthly Total Body Weight Losses on Various Diets (20 Year Historical Record)

I wanted to look back in more detail at past diets to see how my monthly losses compared. Shown in blue shading are the years of the diet and the diet name -- these years and diets correspond (match) to each major downward stroke in the 45-year weight chart shown above. Shown in green shading is the total weight lost and the time duration of each diet. Shown in yellow shading is the average loss rate per month for each diet.
